What happens when you press it
Approved
The approval is timestamped and kept by both sides. The freelancer sees “Approved by you, Thursday 14:20”. The files are still locked.
Paid
On a real delivery the checkout is the studio’s own, on the studio’s own account and invoice. The moment it clears, the files unlock.
Downloaded
Full-resolution files, straight from storage. A signed record of what was sent, approved and paid is kept for both of you.
